This is about “maximizing amplification through publicly revealing one’s abilities” — similar to the Restriction and Covenant rules from Hunter × Hunter. Simply put, determination, sacrifice, and risk bring amplification.

Lifestyle Habits

  1. Adequate sleep (8h/day): No electronic devices in bed. Separate sleeping and working rooms.
  2. Exercise (3.5h/week): Strength training 3 times per week, maintaining ~140 BPM average.
  3. Posture correction: Complement strength training with physical therapy guidance.
